Founded in 2017 by Eric and Deanna Coffey, Thompson House is a family owned and operated custom construction company with more than 35 years of combined experience in every type of construction. Thompson house is a premier custom builder across North and South Carolina. Thompson House has an unlimited general contractors license in North Carolina and a BD-4 general contractors license in South Carolina. 

The number of employees we keep is small, and that’s the way we like it. Having a lean team allows us to respond to market changes as needed and ensures that communication is fast and efficient without the extra burden of departments and paperwork.

Eric and Deanna will personally meet with you from beginning to end throughout design and construction. You will not be passed off from person to person at any point during your project, nor will you be met with unintelligible answers or poor customer service. Eric and Deanna are invested in these projects, and they will see your project through to completion.

They will go over every detail with you during this process, ensuring that all questions are answered before moving forward. You won’t be left wondering what’s going on or why certain decisions are being made for your project.
