BEC works closely with the design team to provide input on constructability, cost, and scheduling—helping to optimize the project before construction begins. As your CM, we commit to delivering the project within a guaranteed maximum price (GMP), reducing risk and improving outcomes.


Design-Build

One Team. One Contract. Total Coordination.
In the Design-Build model, the design and construction services are handled by a single entity—BEC Construction. This streamlined approach simplifies communication, shortens timelines, and fosters a unified vision from concept to completion. Design-Bid-Build

Traditional. Competitive. Proven.
This classic method involves separate contracts for design and construction. The client first works with an architect to complete the design, then solicits competitive bids from contractors.
